The 2024 National Marine Medicine and Biological Products Industry Alliance Annual Meeting, under the guidance of the Marine Strategic Planning and Economic Department of the Ministry of Natural Resources, was successfully concluded by the vice chairman units of the alliance, Ningbo Xinoya Marine Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Mingyue Seaweed Group Co., Ltd. The annual meeting is themed "Sharing, Innovation, and Change". Meng Qinglei, Deputy Director of the Marine Strategic Planning and Economic Department of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Lin Huaiyuan, member of the Party Group and second level inspector of the Xiamen Ocean Development Bureau, and Lin Longshan, Deputy Director of the Third Institute of Oceanography of the Ministry of Natural Resources, attended and delivered speeches. In the agenda of the annual meeting, the "Forum on High Quality Development of Marine Drugs and Biological Products Industry", special reports were made on topics such as "Integration and Innovation of Marine Drugs, Bioeconomy and Deep Sea Biological Resources, Development of Active Peptide Industry, and Investment Prospects of Biomedical Industry". The current annual meeting also reviewed and approved the "Management Measures for Member Licensing of the National Marine Drug and Biological Products Industry Alliance (Trial)".
